The firm acts for Australian Insurer's, Self Insurer's and Government Agencies delivering insurance services to the insurer, insurance brokers and business.
That expertise compliments our dispute resolution and litigation practice which includes representing principals, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers in the building industry, conducting prosecution or defence of negligence claims, contract disputes, product liability claims, debt recovery and trade practices litigation.
We practice in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts as well as the Federal Court of Australia. We act as Agents for numerous interstate firms.
We have expertise in Employers Liability, Unfair Dismissal, Underpayment of Wages and other claims under the Work Fair legislation and regularly advise employers as to employment contracts and related documentation.
